Rule 16
Conditions to be followed while driving within the reserve
A person driving a vehicle within the reserve shall drive only subject to the following;-
(a) Vehicles weighing more than five tons shall not be driven. However, if there is a construction work related to a government project within the reserve, the government of Nepal can give permission to drive a vehicle weighing more than five tons.
(b) Do not drive or pose in such a way as to obstruct the movement of vehicles, pedestrians or other objects.
(c) Do not blow the horn or drive the vehicle at more than the prescribed speed.
(d) According to sub-rule (3) of rule 19, when any road is closed, vehicles should not be driven on such road.
(a) Vehicles weighing more than five tons shall not be driven. However, if there is a construction work related to a government project within the reserve, the government of Nepal can give permission to drive a vehicle weighing more than five tons.
